Superlisten has one mailing list and one reason to write to you: a question you followed changed. There is no second use.
When you submit the form, we store your email address, the time you submitted it, and the exact wording of the promise shown beside the form when you agreed to it. We also store the IP address and browser the submission came from — that is the record proving the signup was real, and it is what lets us block someone entering your address without your knowledge.
Nothing yet. No email has ever been sent from Superlisten, and the sending system does not exist at the time of writing. When it does, you will get one email when a question you follow materially changes, and one at launch — no digest, no weekly roundup, nothing when nothing happened. Every email will carry a one-click unsubscribe, and this page will name the company that does the sending before the first one goes out.
Since nothing has been sent yet, there is no unsubscribe link to click — the first email will carry one. Until then, removal is done by hand: the row is deleted outright, address, timestamp, and consent record together, and nothing is kept behind to remember that you were once on the list. If you want off before the first email, that request has to reach a person, so it is worth waiting for that email and replying to it.
The list is stored on a server we run, not in a third-party marketing platform. If that ever changes — because sending at volume needs a real email provider — this page will name the provider before the first send goes through it.
The quotations and timestamps are drawn from publicly published podcast episodes and each one links back to the original at the second it was spoken. Nothing about you is involved in that material.
